Welcome to Bachelor Question Bank (“the App”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The service

The App provides TU bachelor-level past papers, notices, study tools, and related educational content for students in Nepal. Features may differ between Android and iOS versions.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share, sell, or misuse access to premium or locked content.

3. Content & uploads

• PDFs and posts you upload must be lawful and relevant to education.
• We may review, reject, or remove content that violates these terms.
• You retain ownership of what you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it in the App.

4. Payments (Android)

On Android, optional premium content may be unlocked through in-app payment flows (e.g. subscription plans or individual PDF purchases) as shown in the App. All prices are displayed before you pay. iOS may offer free content only without external purchase options.

5. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob. Ads may appear for non-premium users. Rewarded ads may unlock limited free features as described in the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute content without permission
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, ads, or security controls
• Harass other users or post spam in feeds or chat
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

7. Disclaimer

Content is provided for study purposes “as is”. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, accuracy of every PDF, or uninterrupted service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
